This document must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in each country where the program operates before public launch.
Purpose
This portal allows members to learn about voluntary collaboration spaces and request to participate in them. Its use implies acceptance of these terms.
Account
The account is personal and non-transferable. The holder is responsible for the information declared and for keeping contact details up to date.
Acceptable use
The following is not permitted:
- Impersonating another person.
- Declaring false information in a profile or an application.
- Using the portal for commercial purposes or proselytizing unrelated to the institution.
- Attempting to access other users information or administrative areas.
Availability
The portal may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or reasons beyond the institution control. The General Administration may modify, pause or close collaboration spaces when the need changes.
Account suspension
The institution may suspend an account that contravenes these terms or the code of conduct. Accounts are not deleted: they are deactivated while preserving the participation history.
