This document must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in each country where the program operates before public launch.
Nature of the collaboration
Participation in "Each One According to His Gift" is free and voluntary. There is no payment of any kind, and no employment, subordination or dependency relationship arises between the collaborator and the Church of God (Israelite).
Conditions
All collaboration is governed by the following:
- Each space has a defined duration and responsibilities.
- The Church may accept or decline an application, communicating the result.
- Confidentiality may be requested regarding the project or its information.
- A person may withdraw following the procedure established in the portal.
- Collaboration concludes when the project or agreed period ends.
- Participation is subject to the conduct rules of the institution.
Collaborator commitment
Every accepted collaboration shall be carried out with commitment, punctuality and quality. The information declared in the profile shall be truthful.
Conclusion
Collaboration may conclude upon completion of the project, achievement of the objective, end of the established period, or at the collaborator request. In all cases it is recorded as concluded and the collaborator may share their experience.
