Controller
The Church of God (Israelite), through its General Administration, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this portal.
Data collected
Depending on the stage of the process, the following may be collected:
- Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, country, city and locality.
- Profile data: profession, trade, education, experience, skills and availability.
- Documents: résumé, ID, portfolio and introduction video, only when the space requires them.
- Institutional data: baptism date, time in the locality and minister in charge, only when the project justifies it and with your authorization.
Purposes
Data is used to assess collaboration requests, coordinate conversations, formalize participation, provide follow-up and produce aggregate program indicators. It is not used for commercial purposes nor transferred to third parties outside the institution.
Protection
Sensitive documents are stored encrypted and delivered through short-lived temporary links. Every document access is logged and the data subject may review it. Access is limited by role and by country.
Your rights
You may access, rectify or delete your data from your profile, and revoke the consents granted. Documents attached to an already submitted application are retained as part of the record, but may be replaced.
International transfers
As this is an international portal, data may be processed by administrative staff from other countries when the collaboration space requires it, always under the same protection conditions.
